Food is very good to excellent, with a great wine and liqueur selection. The risotto could use some tweaking, although it was tasty. The mussels and seafood are absolutely divine. The service was top notch. The server was attentive, personable and very professional. I'm impressed. The building has tons of atmosphere, as it is an old build. Decor is cozy and nice without being trite. A great place for a date or a family dinner. Recommend.

My favorite restaurant in Edmonton. Service is always top notch and the food is amazing. Would recommend the Lobster risotto. Wine selection is excellent and pricing is worth it for the quality of food and service. No better place for a night out with the wife.

Me and a friend were there for lunch. The service is amazing. We tried the seafood paella (saffron rice with prawns, calms, mussels, scallops). The meats were cooked beautifully and tasted quite delicious. The rice however was disappointing; quite salty and dry. The dish overall was worth the price ($29) but in my opinion, it required more spice.

Incredible eating experience!A top notch seafood restaurant in Edmonton with a broad selection of wonderfully prepared and superbly delicious dishes. This upscale restaurant has a welcoming rustic atmosphere. The staff is courteous, professional and attentive. The Jumbo shrimp Cocktail, Mista Salad, and BC White Sturgeon (featured in photos) were incredible.

Was here for a lunch event and the staff and food were excellent! The fish was delish and the veggies were done to perfection. I don't like cheese cake but it was being raved about as well. I'll be back!

Saw this place online and I will say we were not disappointed. It was a great choice. First we were not aware that we need to make a reservation before coming. Luckily, someone was not coming till 7pm so we were Llowed to come in to order provided we will be done before that time.We had the seafood broth (fresh fish, prawns, mussels and claws). Enough to share for the two of us.We then had the catch of the day (lobster risotto and salmon fish). The risotto was tasty although it seems hard for me but my spouse was ok with it. We also had the seafood paella (saffron rice, prawns, clams, mussels & scallops). Its only the mussels that I will remove from the dish. The server was very professional and attentive and in summary... I will greatly recommend this place.

We were recommended this restaurant by friends that had eaten here a year ago. It is pricey. Beware of parking on the street or in the median which looks inviting to park at night. You will get towed. Park legally at the City Hall Building public parking across the way. The service was excellent. I had the Seafood Paella and my wife had the Lobster Risotto. Fabulous. Delicious. Definitely need reservations ahead of time. Great ambiance. Highly recommend.

The food here was very delicious, I ordered the catch of the day which included a sable fish and salmon with lobster risotto. The salmon was very moist on the inside and very crispy with a lot of flavor on the outside while being very flaky. I also got the cheesecake with passion fruit and the cheesecake was very fluffy and the passion fruit was a perfect blend of sweetness and tartness. The service was excellent and very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We shared the family 3 course meal and there was plenty if not too much food for all 3 of us. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. Service was great and I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

A friend and I shared the 4 course meal for 2. This was the best meal I HAVE EVER HAD! The meal was perfectly proportioned and each course was fabulous. The drinks were unique and complimentary to the meal. Such a beautiful dining experience!

Always have delicious meals at Sabor. Love all the seafood options. Definitely get the family dining option if you can as you get such a good variety of food for a really good price. If not my picks always the paella, lobster risotto and the sable fish

Amazing Night out at Sabor celebrating parents anniversary!! The best seafood I’ve had in Edmonton. The oysters, mussels, lobster and clams were all so fresh! Some did the family style option and other ordered off the menu!! Both great options. Our served was fantastic! No rushing out the door and courses weren’t rushed out either with nice gap between them!! Limited photo because the foods going down faster then getting the camera out!!! Will be going back for sure!

We were in town for my husband's work from Regina. I absolutely love this place! I felt the European vibe from the decor to the food. Our server, wish I got her name to give her credit, was great! A fabulous night out in Edmonton!

We went to Sabor for the first time tonight with our 3 year old daughter and it was absolutely incredible. Anyone with children knows it can be tough to get out to a fancy atmosphere, but the service at this restaurant is above and beyond. We felt so welcome with our child it was the best atmosphere and the food was to die for! Could not have picked a better spot whether out on a date or out with a child I would reccomend giving Sabor a try!

This place was pretty good.. Felt cozy and we had great service! We tried a variety of dishes, maybe 6.. We loved some, we liked some. I was a bit disappointed with the lobster for the price but overall positive experience.

Delicious food, charming ambiance, and outstanding service! Sabor has a more formal dining room along with a casual tapas bar. The menu is extensive and features many fish, seafood, meat, and vegetable options.

Good service.Food was decent. The seafood options were better than most in Edmonton. The rest of the food was average. Steak was actually pretty good.I see a lot of complaints of overpriced but for what is portrayed as a more upscale restaurant I would feel it's average (although I do feel most upscale restaurants are overpriced in general). If I'm looking for an upper scale seafood tapas place, I'd come here again.

This site is my number one place. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. Whenever I I need a delicious dinner, this place comes first to my head. outstanding and all kinds of food and a large list of dishes.helpful staff members, and nice atmosphere. Also, the charge is reasonable. I recommend this place with great pleasure.

Just decided to come by here while passing by. Didn't have a reservation but they managed to squeeze us in (2). We got the Manila clams and roasted butternut squash and crab soup to start and they were simply delicious. We both decided on the sable fish. The fish itself was nice and tender, juicy and well seasoned. The sides for the dish however, was unexpected. I believe it was just roasted vegetables with a some sort of sauce. The sauce was very acidic, I didn't really mind it but my friend didn't enjoy it too much. We were expecting your usual seasonal vegetables and a starch. Got a tiramisu and cheesecake to end it. They were both good as well. overall it was very good, and will be coming back in the future .

Now that's called a Great Tasting food. Delicious... Compliments to the Chefs. Highly recommended.....nice place for business lunches or family dinning....Service was excellent too. We will visit again for sure. Thanks

Sabor is without a doubt my favourite restaurant now! I came here to introduce my fiance to Portuguese cuisine and he was blown away by the food, the service, the atmosphere....everything. Even the youngest Port wine thoroughly impressed us, and our waiter skillfully guided us through the menu, allowing us to experience as many different plates as possible. Definitely coming back!

We shared the trio family dinner for two tonight and it was awesome! Shrimp were HUGE and the meat was very tender. I'm new to the gluten free diet, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Will definitely be back in the future!
