SABOR Restaurant provides as rustic, yet elegant atmosphere, and menu rich in European tradition—Portuguese, Spanish, French and Italian—in the heart of Downtown and the ICE District. OceanWise Certified, we offer Edmonton's best, most-sustainable seafood menu, as well as meat and vegetarian options. Professional staff, a trim but superlative wine list, hand-crafted cocktails, and SABOR's menu and atmosphere, make it the perfect spot—be it in evening wear before the opera, a suit before the big meeting, or in jeans hanging out with friends. Friday and Saturday evenings feature live music by one of Edmonton's talented local musicians. Wine corkage available: $40/750 ml Specialty cakes happily created in our kitchen for your event with minimum one-week notice. No other outside food or beverage permitted (including special occasion cakes).

Food is very good to excellent, with a great wine and liqueur selection. The risotto could use some tweaking, although it was tasty. The mussels and seafood are absolutely divine. The service was top notch. The server was attentive, personable and very professional. I'm impressed. The building has tons of atmosphere, as it is an old build. Decor is cozy and nice without being trite. A great place for a date or a family dinner. Recommend.

My favorite restaurant in Edmonton. Service is always top notch and the food is amazing. Would recommend the Lobster risotto. Wine selection is excellent and pricing is worth it for the quality of food and service. No better place for a night out with the wife.

Me and a friend were there for lunch. The service is amazing. We tried the seafood paella (saffron rice with prawns, calms, mussels, scallops). The meats were cooked beautifully and tasted quite delicious. The rice however was disappointing; quite salty and dry. The dish overall was worth the price ($29) but in my opinion, it required more spice.

Call them. Most restaurants don't check this very often. Restaurants that do allow cakes to be brought in can only allow ones from other businesses because of the bylaws.

It is not a traditional Valencian paella, it is without rabbit but very well prepared. There is vegetarian, with chorizo and chicken or with seafood. The flavor in Taste is delicious

The restaurant itself has no lot.
